Shipping Policy

Orders ship to destination next day air, two-day air or ground service as per customer request.
All in-stock items ordered will ship within 2-3 business days.
Xclusive Comfort WILL NOT ship to P.O. Box mail address. Please provide a street address where we can ship your package.
Shipping rates and free shipping offers apply to Continental USA only.

All products that we sell, carry a Full Manufacturer's Warranty! All sales are final, however, if any item you purchase is defective within the first 30 days we will be glad exchange that item for a new unit (we do not offer any type of refunds).
Any item(s) that must be returned for credit will be charged a 20% restocking and will be credited back less any and all shipping charges.
Should an item become defective within the first 30 days, please email us with your name, Electronics Outpost order number, date purchased and model number of defective item. We will then email back a return authorization number (which must be placed on the outside of the box) and the address where to send the item. After the unit has been received and verified by our returns department, a replacement unit will be shipped out to you.
After the 30 day period, you will need to return any defective items to the manufacturer or its service center.
Any items returned without a return authorization number will be refused!
