HOW DO THESE HEAT PACKS WORK?
It's a very simple process. Basically, it's just salt water! The "solution" in each pad is sodium acetate, which is a food-grade salt, and water. That way, if a dog bites it or a child gets a hold of it - it's completely safe! What makes it get hot is the "trigger" inside. It's just a piece of stainless steel, there's nothing "in" it - but when you "flex" this disc, the little vents on it create friction - and this friction crystallizes the liquid salt! When you see it getting white and hot, it's just the salt crystallizing! Then when it's boiled, the salt crystals "melt" back to a clear liquid. It then stays in this liquid form indefinitely so you can carry it around with you anywhere and when you need heat again, just click the disk!

1 Firmly, but gently depress and release "activator button"	2 Allow about 15 seconds for heat to spread throughout pack	3 Quickly squeeze pack unit soft and pliable for maximum heat
How to recharge The Heat Solution™
1 Wrap the Heat Solution in cloth or place a saucer or wire rack in bottom of pot to protect against direct contact.	2 Boil for a minimum of 10 minutes, until completely clear and all crystals have been melted.	3 Cool to room temperature before re-using.
